Core of the Core

Alumni Discussion Group

This discussion group is intended for alumni who miss the analysis and stimulation of classes like Human Being and Citizen and the timeless works encountered there. It is a cross between a class and a book club, where members of the group read portions of great works and gather together to exchange insights and thoughts.

The group began meeting in March 2018, and covered works from The Iliad to Augustine’s Confessions in the first series.

Below you will find the list of upcoming works we will be covering in the second series.
